- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
- Final sale items, including hot sauce, clearance or discounted products, are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping the Return:
Once approved, ship the items back to us at the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and determine if the product is eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an unused item for a different variation, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

Restocking Fee:
Please note that certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including inspection, repackaging, and restocking inventory.
Restocking Fee Details:
Standard Restocking Fee: A fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price may be applied to returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part.
Eligibility: Restocking fees apply to items that are returned in unused, undamaged condition and within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Exemptions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return, and no restocking fee will apply.
Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund, and you will be credited for the remaining amount of the purchase.
